INCO KMS : Key Management System

Do you have a complete - and current - list of all your issued keys? Do you know who had the keys for a property on a specific date 6 months ago? The reporting and audit functions built into KMS give you instant access to this and more.

Product Features (V1.1)

  • New - Multi-user support: KMS now supports multiple concurrent users in either a peer-to-peer or client/server network. (Up to 5 concurrent users supported in V1.1)
  • Record property details - both current and historical/inactive properties.
  • Record keyholder (owner / tennant / landlord / contractor / other) details.
  • Record all keys and their current status (in / out / lost / found / stolen / destroyed).
  • Record notes against each property, key-holder and transaction. A free-format "notepad" for you to record any additional (textual) information that you wish.
  • View a transaction history of all keys for a selected property.
  • Prevent administrative mistakes: KMS only allows valid transactions to be performed, e.g. KMS prevents the same key from being recorded as issued to two different people at the same time.
  • Full search facilities for both properties and key-holders.

Reports

  • New - Historical Key-holder Report: Reports the status of every key for a specified property on a selected date - instantly find out who had which keys on a historical date.
  • New - Key Transaction Report: Reports the transaction history of every key for a specified property - a complete audit trail of who had which key(s) and when.
  • Key-holders for a selected property: Reports all current key-holders for a selected property.
  • All key-holders for all properties: Reports all current key-holders for all active properties - a complete list of where all your keys are.
  • Registered properties with no keys: Reports all active properties without any keys registered to them.

System Requirements

  • Windows 98 / Me / 2000 / XP
  • 64MB RAM *
  • 40MB available disk space. **

* For a multi-user installation, a minimum of 128MB or RAM is recommended for the PC/Server that is hosting the database.

** Additional disk space will be required on the PC/Server which is hosting the database. The amount of disk space required will depend upon the number of properties and keys recorded in the database.
