Web 2.0 & SEO

Improved user interaction and inclusion of user generated content: Tag Clouds added. Blogs, forums and polls have all been updated. Sitemaps, meta content management and friendly URL's have been upgraded to assist with search engine positioning.

Microsoft Word and OpenOffice.org Support

Content can be created and edited in either of these office suites and effortlessly imported into INCO-CMS. Existing content can be exported into your office applications so you can, for example, produce brochures, newsletters, etc. directly from your website.

Version Control

In INCO-CMS 4.0 the Version Control System has been improved, enabling you to track content changes in far greater detail: audit trails recording specific changes and differences between versions, recording who performed the changes and when. INCO-CMS allows you to easily revert to previous versions.

Improved Performance

Internal processing changes along with an improved caching mechanism have significantly improved the speed and capacity of INCO-CMS, enabling you to run even larger and more interactive websites.

LDAP Support

Support for integration with external directory servers via LDAP is improved with more extensive user / group mapping facilities to translate your directory structure into INCO-CMS roles.

Content Re-publishing and Portal Management

The content management facilities have been re-engineered to ease content re-use and management of multi-media content within highly interactive portals.
