At INCO Software Solutions we like to think that we are a little different to other web site hosting companies.
We do not offer "unlimited" disc space and data transfer. Why? When INCO created our hosting service we wanted it to be reliable, up-front and honest. Many companies quote "unlimited" allowances, but in the small print you will find that they have the right to remove your site without any warning if you use too much disk space or data transfer. This means they have limits but they are not prepared to tell you what they are. They do this because disc space and the associated data transfer costs money. The telecommunication companies that provide internet connectivity, charge for every MB of data transferred via their networks and many "unlimited companies" have found that they cannot provide their advertised service.
Our prices and allowances are based on our actual capacity to deliver a high performance service, both now and into the future. Every client can use 100% of our published allowances. We were here before the dot com crash, we survived it, we are still here and we plan to be here for a very long time to come.
The vast majority of clients for whom we develop web sites also host their sites with us, although this is not compulsory. In these circumstances the hosting package is designed to fit the individual project requirements. Along with developing the site itself, we can offer hosting packages suitable for anything from a 5-page brochure site to a database driven site with tens of thousands of users.
As well as providing hosting for web sites that we have developed, we also provide stand-alone hosting packages for clients who wish to design their own sites and other web developers who do not have their own hosting services.
INCO offers a range of standard hosting packages to suit most requirements. We also offer domain name registration services to accompany our hosting packages. You do not have to register your domain name through INCO to take advantage of INCO's hosting packages. However, if you do register a domain name through a 3rd party and wish to use our hosting services, you must ensure that they allow you to change the DNS servers for your domain name. Customised hosting packages and other services, e.g. MySQL databases, custom DNS settings, sub-domains, e-mail lists, auto-responders, etc. can also be provided by arrangement.
