Company Structure

At the head of the INCO team is its Managing Director, Dr Surinder Sharma. As the next step forward in a diverse and successful career, covering research and development, consultancy and entrepreneurship, Dr Sharma launched INCO Software Solutions in 1998 and has moulded the firm into one of the West Midlands' leading web development firms.

INCO's initial focus was on the provision of IT consultancy in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) arena on IBM AS/400 Midrange systems. INCO serviced large corporate names such as Dunlop Slazenger, Draegar International and Panasonic. This involved addressing mission critical systems covering integrated manufacturing, distribution and financial software solutions.

Backed with a solid understanding of complex applications, careful market analysis led INCO to make a strategic decision to move strongly into the areas of web, e-commerce and application development.

Company Objectives

We, like many, had heard cases of SME firms' poor experiences with the uptake of IT/web solutions and were keen to provide SME's with a quality of service built upon our experiences within the corporate sector.

We brought this experience with us, offering our services to a wider audience, to businesses of all sizes, in both the public and private sector. We are able to provide complete solutions to our clients, whether it be a database driven web site, bespoke application development or integration of multiple systems.

The experience that we gained in the initial years, whilst working in the corporate sector, has been invaluable to INCO's growth, putting us in a stronger position than much of our competition.

National Business Link Consultants Register

INCO Software Solutions is also an approved Business Link consultancy, listed on the national Business Link SBS register. We work alongside regional Chambers of Commerce and Business Links helping firms across various regions to implement websites, e-commerce and other IT projects to add value to their business processes.

Our accreditation means that we can help our clients access funding to contribute towards the web/IT development projects that we carry out (subject to availability and eligibility) for them.

INCO has worked closely within and alongside various Government support initiatives over the last few years. The quality and efficiency of our work has been of the highest order and is assessed on a regular basis.
