Due to INCO's on-going expansion we are currently seeking candidates to fill the following positions at our Wolverhampton offices:

Senior Developer

You will be a Senior Developer who has the motivation and ability move into a Team Leader role within 12 months. You will have at least 3 years commercial experience of; PHP/MySQL, creating complex sites from scratch, Content Management Systems, E-Learning / VLE's, E-Commerce development and implementation, hand-coding HTML/CSS to W3C & WAI standards, back-office integration and Quality Assurance testing.

You will be required to liaise with clients to develop initial specifications based upon their business requirements, to subsequently manage on-going projects and to provide post-completion support. You must have experience of the full development life cycle. You must be self-motivated, able to manage your time effectively and to fit into a busy team.

Experience in other technologies or environments would be highly advantageous, e.g. XML, XSLT, Linux Web Server administration, Visual Basic, SQL Server, MS Access, ASP, networking, Internet protocols, telecommunications, etc.

Developer

You will be a Web/Application Developer/Designer with at least 1 years commercial experience of; Graphic Design, PHP/MySQL, creating complex sites from scratch, Content Management Systems, E-Commerce development & implementation and hand-coding HTML/CSS to W3C & WAI standards.

You will be required to liaise with clients during on-going projects and to provide post-completion support. You must be self-motivated, able to manage your time effectively and to fit into a busy team.

Experience in other technologies or environments would be highly advantageous, e.g. E-Learning / VLE's, XML, Linux Web Server administration, etc.

Sales Consultant

A highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to fill a "New Business Development" role.

The role will focus on generating business in the areas of Web Application, E-Commerce, E-Learning / VLE's and Software Development, selling the services and products offered by INCO Software Solutions. Previous experience in this arena is essential.

Telemarketing Consultant

A proactive telemarketing role, as part of our telemarketing team, promoting web applications to public and private sectors. The role is focused on arranging quality appointments for our field sales consultants.

Experience of data entry, basic IT skills (Office and E-Mail), etc. is required along the ability to manage a large volume of calls per day and convert interest into appointments.
